On Saturday, November 15, the Cape Coral Fire Department will host our annual Open House. From 9am until 12pm, the public is invited to visit any of our 13 fire stations for the opportunity to meet firefighters and learn about the fire apparatus, equipment, and services. In addition, a variety fun and educational activities and displays, many from our partner public safety agencies, will be available at each station. Some of these include:• Friends and Family CPR Instruction
• Blood Donations
• Lee County Mosquito Control District Helicopter and Educational Bug Display
• Interactive, Inflatable Fire Safety Smoke House
• Vehicle Extrication Demonstrations
• Junior Firefighter Obstacle Course
• Car Seat Checks with Safe Kids
• Lee County EMS Ambulance and Helicopter
• Adoptable Dogs from the Cape Coral Animal Shelter
• Scavenger hunt, face painting, and more
