In 1965, Jackie DeShannon sang "What the world needs now, is love, sweet love...." A lot has changed in our world since then, but this remains - WE ALL NEED LOVE. Especially now. There is not a lot that we can control, but our ability to love and be loved remain within our control. Let's gather and generate more of it! Join me on Saturday, February 15th from 10:30am-12:00pm at Enso Collaborative at 116 5th Street in Valley Junction. We will begin with a Heart-Opening flow, followed by meditation, then journaling, closing with a practice in Self-Love letter writing and a community sharing circle.
