About this Event
This Open Heart Living Workshop is an introduction to mindfulness and meditation, with a focus on leading from the heart in uncertain times.
We are living in a period of genuine instability and when stress, fear, or overwhelm arise, it’s natural to tighten, react, or turn against others and ourselves. But, this leaves us feeling deeply isolated, precisely when connection is most needed.
This session shares how mindfulness and meditation practices can open ourselves to greater ease, joy and connection. Not to make uncertainty disappear, but to acknowledge what is true with compassion and to anchor ourselves in the steady, resilient nature of the heart.
In this 1:45-minute workshop, we weave together mindfulness, basic neuroscience, psychology, and traditional meditation practices to offer a grounded and accessible introduction to Open Heart Living.
