Open Heart Flow
Join us as we close out the month of love with an evening of deep nourishment—for the heart, the body, and the spirit. This gathering is an invitation to pour back into yourself the same care and compassion you so freely give to others.
We will begin by sharing a warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its heart-opening and grounding properties. With each sip, we set intentions and create space for presence, connection, and renewal.
From there, we’ll move into gentle, intentional movement designed to honor all bodies, followed by steady breathwork to center the mind and deepen the experience. Whether you are new to cacao, yoga, or breathwork, or have practiced for years, this space is open to all levels, all hearts, and all walks of life.
