About this Event
THE ABILITY CENTER will be hosting open gym activities for the whole family using adaptive equipment and games to bring the physical fun to our families here at St Francis Children's Center using our newly renovated GYM space.
Open Gym provides an opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to play in an inclusive, non-competitive, and friendly environment. This free program offers community members an opportunity to play TOGETHER in a “Different Pair of Shoes.”
Activities include:
- games of tag and general play
- wheelchair basketball
- wheelchair tennis
- goalball
- sitting volleyball
Disability or not Open Gym invites you to get in the game. EveryBODY is welcome!
Programming is free. All equipment is provided. Disability not required!
