Open Forum Open Mic featuring the Spine Players performing the one-act play "Capital"

The play's the thing! The Spine Players and Open Forum Night will be on the first Sunday of each month at Spine Bookstore, hosted by Katie Beyers. Short stage works from literary past and present will be read and performed, including one act plays, scenes, and monologues.
Submissions of new works to be staged for 1-4 actors lasting 10-20 minutes are welcome, please send scripts to Katie Beyers at [email protected].
Following the performance, stick around for Open Forum, and spend 5-10 minutes on the Spine stage expressing yourself in poetry, song, improv, or teach us something you'd like us to know.
This Sunday we have "Capital," by Katie Beyers. Capital is a one act play giving a glimpse into the Kincaid family, as daughter Mollie wins a competition that makes her wonder what "winning" really means.
Featuring the Spine Players Lo Blackwell, Timmy Howell, Heather Kays, Alex Dortch, Caiti Quatmann, and Beau Watkins. Directed by Katie Beyers.
