We don't want to reach the end of this beautiful life and be riddled with regret.

This life is short. The time is now.

Join us for this transformational workshop as we listen deeply to what our body and soul yearn for and identify what gets in our way of moving forward. Through the Open Floor Movement/Dance Practice, mindful inquiry and somatic practices, we will move with and through the limiting stories and beliefs that keep us from experiencing life to the fullest right now.As we learn to trust the wisdom of our bodies, we open up to new possibilities, and transform “I can’t” into ‘I can”.

All levels of experience welcome. Ages 18 and up.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You will receive a refund, less a $25 admin fee, for any cancellation up to 30 days before the event.
If you cancel 14-29 days before the event, you will receive a refund, less a $50 fee.
No refunds will be issued less than 14 days from the start of a class series; however, you are welcome to find someone to take your place at the event if you need to cancel.

About your facilitator:
Stacey Butcher is an Open Floor movement teacher, serving on the faculty of Open Floor International. She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Integral Somatic Psychology practitioner, certified 5Rhythms teacher (trained by Gabrielle Roth), and a Reiki Master/Teacher. Stacey has been dedicated to the healing arts for over 25 years and has studied with healers and teachers from around the world. Her teaching is infused with passion, deep presence and humor. She is an inspirational facilitator and is skilled at holding space for transformation.
