Calling all movers and seekers !! This morning workshop combines Open Floor movement practice and Insight Meditation. You are invited into a dynamic and moving enquiry about what it means to find centre and balance within, amidst a world that is full of fast and sometimes furious waves of change.
How can we learn to find stability within motion, and learn to flow through life's inherent cycles of change ? How do we find balance, and even stillness amidst the eye of a storm? During the workshop you are invited to meet yourself just as you are, without judgement, whether vulnerable, fierce, shaky or strong. Inviting curiosity and friendliness, we explore ways of resourcing ourselves & self regulating through mindful awareness practices. There will be periods of conscious dance with invitational instruction, sitting & walking meditation as well as time for reflective enquiry. No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to be curious and explore.
