Join us for a special evening of Cacao and Open Floor, a practice that invites you to explore what it means to move freely, connect with your body, and express yourself in community. With the heart-opening medicine of cacao, we’ll hold a grounded, safe space to tune into the rhythms of your body and heart, guided by music and gentle facilitation.This is a space where you can let go, connect, and discover the joy of being fully present in your body. Whether you’ve never danced before or already feel at home on a conscious dance floor, this gathering welcomes you just as you are.
Together, we’ll create a space of non-judgment and presence, where:
- You can connect with yourself, others, and the collective energy of the group.
- Dance becomes a way to release, express, and grow.
- You’re free to show up exactly as you are, without expectation or judgment.
- Joy, freedom, and connection to your body, heart and even others can naturally unfold.
No previous experience with dance or movement is needed—just an openness to explore, connect, and be.
