Are you a new Mum living in or near New Malden? Would you like to meet other local like-minded mums whilst attending postnatal exercise classes and/or baby classes with your little one?We'd love to see you for our Open Day on Thursday 9th Jan from 09:30am - 12:15pm!
You can come along to any or all of the three classes running:
(The first class takes place in Beverley Park and the other two at the Malden Centre which is less than a 10 min walk from the park)
09:30am - Mummy & Me HIIT in Beverley Park with Sam
10:30am - Mummy & Me Pilates at the Malden Centre with Monica
11:30am - Baby Signing at the Malden Centre with Marium
Postnatal exercise classes are suitable from 6 weeks post partum (usually 8 weeks post C-Section). All our instructors are postnatal specifically trained and all exercises are adapted to your time post partum and ability.
Baby signing is recommended from 12 weeks but you're welcome to come along and see what the class is like if your baby is younger!
