There's 2 bookable sessions
9-10am yoga
10:30-11:45am sound bath
Both are donations suggested at £5 on the booking system to reserve your space. If you'd like to give more or donate to a great cause, then please do donate on the day. 🙏
Then an afternoon of drop in for cakes, soulful sounds and quiet time from 12:30 till 3pm.
All proceeds for Above & Beyond Cancer Foundation.
