Our mission goes beyond breaking the silence—we aim to ask bold questions, provide courageous answers, and explore new approaches to inclusion initiatives. Together, we will uncover emerging challenges and seek solutions collaboratively.
We are constantly striving for renewal because breaking the silence requires fresh questions, innovative answers, and dynamic formats. This is the driving force behind the revamped Open Conference 2025, where we will offer three distinct spaces for learning, engagement, and inspiration.
At the main venue, keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive presentations by renowned Hungarian and international speakers will explore topics such as the new era of inclusion, inclusive design, bargaining power, equity-driven marketing, psychological safety, and the gender gap.
A core focus of the conference is fostering active participation through workshops and informal discussions. To support this vision, we’re introducing two additional spaces dedicated to workshops and interactive sessions. These spaces will allow participants to immediately apply their newly acquired knowledge in practical and impactful ways, creating a truly immersive and meaningful experience. The workshops will cover key themes like neurodiversity, male allyship, and inclusive hiring.
