Consider auditioning for RAIN DANCE, our first play of the 2025/26 season! The show runs Oct. 30 through Nov. 22, 2025.Directed by Bonnie Ross, this is a compelling story by Lanford Wilson of the thrilling and terrifying journey of our first steps into the atomic age.
We also will need a stage manager, and lights & sound person.
Both auditions are being held at the theatre.
Characters:
đź’§Hank: 30s. Engineer on the Trinity Project. Nervous, twitchy, high energy. From New York, but accent not required. Hank is a big role with major line load.
đź’§Tony: 40s. New Mexico is his home. Brings Native American observations and insights to ominous event.
đź’§Peter: 50s. Physicist on the project. Brilliant, German-born, and married to Irene. Slight accent.
đź’§Irene: 30s. Illustrator on the project. German-born but has been in USA for 15 years. Slight accent.
