We are looking for reliable, talented, creative, experienced, and passionate people to be in our Rocky Horror Picture Show Shadow Cast in 2025! We have May, September and December shows. Stage experience with a director is a plus.
If you don’t have experience with a director, that’s ok as long as you have a good attitude and take direction well.
There is no talking or singing involved in this show. It’s lip syncing and choreography.
This show has a mid to high level of production with special effects and lighting. Strobe and fog are used.
We also are looking for backstage crew to handle props and set pieces. And wardrobe.
These roles are all volunteer based.
Rehearsals are twice a week, a month before the show. The shows are 6 shows over two weekends each run.
The audition process will consist of two or more participants acting out scenes from the film. You will be asked to do scenes based on the characters you wish to play.
We choose from an existing cast pool that auditions before every run of shows. But this time we are inviting new comers.
Many people in our cast pool have various levels of experience. We strive to give everyone the respect they deserve and treat them as an equal.
Rhps is about acceptance and being yourself truly.
