About the Workshop:
Join us at Wild Willow Farm for a hands-on, immunity-boosting kitchen apothecary session! In this two-hour class, you’ll learn how to make two beloved seasonal staples—elderberry syrup and fire cider—from start to finish. We’ll cover safe prep, best practices, variations, and how to incorporate each remedy into daily routines for wellness all fall and winter.
You’ll mix, measure, and bottle your own take-home remedies, and leave with printable recipes, usage tips, and confidence to make refills at home.

• One bottle of elderberry syrup (sweet, kid-friendly, and spice-kissed)
• One jar of fire cider (zesty, warming tonic—vinegar-based infusion)
• Recipe cards + dosage & storage guidance
