The leaves are changing colour and it's nearly time to hibernate the dancefloor for the Winter, but first - one last Open Air Shuffle to celebrate another fabulous Summer of Shuffling! Our balboa-biased picnic and social dance is on for the last time before a few months rest, so if you've been meaning to make it along, now is the time!
If you're feeling energised (or a little swungover!) after Jurassic Bal and ready to test out some news skills, we would love to see you for a dance or two! If you didn't come to Canberra and you're keen for some casual balboa or collegiate shag, we would love to see you too!
BYO picnic rug or chairs, snacks, drinks, dance shoes, buddies, and good vibes.
We'll supply 2 hours of great tunes for dancing, and a beautiful smooth floor under the cover of the stage at the Piazza Italia, off Lygon St in Carlton from 2-4pm.
As always, we would love assistance with set up and pack down. Please arrive at 1.30 if you can help carry things and assemble some floorboards.
There WILL be a group ice cream outing for anyone who wants to join us after pack up!
