As Summer Screens is celebrates 10 years of open-air cinema, we arrive at the stunning Birmingham Botanical Gardens for 4 nights of cinema under the stars!
Our 2021 season will be our finest yet and guests can expect warm summer nights, stunning venues, beautiful sunsets, fantastic drinks, delicious food, friends, family, loved ones and of course, a stellar line up of the finest films, back on the big screen for some starlit movie action!

Ticket Options
The choice is yours at Summer Screens with allocated picnic pitches where you can roll out a blanket and open the hamper. Alternatively, pick one of our superb deckchair and gazebo packages, situated it a prime spot and complete with everything you need for a night of cinema under the stars!

Please remember that the film certification applies at open air cinema events and identification will be required for youthful guests at 15 and 18 certificate films.
Please also remember that we kindly ask you not to attend with infants and babies under 4 years old.

All our seating and gazebo packages are situated in a prime position and come complete with a complementary drink, popcorn and chocolate.

Food & Drink
The Summer Screens bar is at all of our events serving up an array of alcoholic, soft and hot drinks, along with a great menu of delicious cinema food!
This year the bar is fully stocked with a selection of ales and lager from the award-winning Siren Craft Brew, cocktails courtesy of Funkin, and the ever-popular Alessandro Gallici Prosecco via Laithwaites. Our coffee will be freshly brewed and comes from those master roasters at Anonymous Coffee.
Peckish? Don’t worry we’ve got it covered in 2021 as the cinema welcomes onboard the kings gourmet popcorn Popcorn Shed. Our loaded nachos menu will also be available at all our events, with a host of delicious hot, cold and vegetarian toppings to choose from. You can expect the usual selection of sweet treats and chocolate too!

COVID -19
Summer Screens has in place a host of measures to keep you as safe as possible when attending the cinema. All our events will continue to follow the government guidelines and our venues will operate at a reduced capacity.
Whilst there is the expectation that restrictions will be eased across the summer, we will continue to implement one ways systems, hand sanitising points, regular cleaning of communal area and social distancing, offering you the space and peace of mind to enjoy a night of cinema under the stars.
If an event is cancelled due to Government restrictions, you will receive an automatic refund.
