Join us for our OPCL Holiday Happy Hour at Froggies! From 5-7, enjoy drink specials and good cheer as we celebrate the holiday season and support a good cause! All are welcome to attend! Once again, we will be collecting gift cards to support Virginia Beach CASA. The mission of the Virginia Beach CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is to support and promote court-appointed volunteer advocacy so that every abused and neglected child can be safe, establish permanence, and have the opportunity to thrive. CASA volunteers are appointed by judges to advocate for a child’s best interest.
Last year, Ocean Park donated over $1,000 in gift cards which were gifted to the children in the CASA program. If you would like to donate gift cards, please note the guidelines below.
Please select a vendor from this list: Amazon, Target, Walmart, Visa, McDonald’s and Chick-Fil-A, ranging from $20-25.
Not able to attend but still want to donate this holiday season? Bring your gift cards to the Dec. 5th General Membership Meeting at The Brock, mail them to our post office box: Box 55385 Virginia Beach, VA 23471, or donate online (www.opcl.org) through Cheddar Up.
