A chance to drive your own personal practice in the large, lovely space at Olivet! Pay $5 to enter, and we will have music running. Beyond that, these are all valid uses of the space:- Practicing with a small group you practice with regularly
- Doing footwork drills on your own
- Practicing with a partner you met there
- Asking people for help (they might say no!)
- Teaching a lesson
- Just lying on the floor, vibin'
Unlike with Guided Practice, we are not staffing a teacher at the event -- if a teacher is there, they are likely there to work on their own dance. You are welcome to come socialize, but please be aware that some folks might be trying to practice and not want to socialize.
We will start at 7pm and run until 9pm at the latest, depending on how many people are there.
