Reminders:
1. Preregistration has been extended for tomorrow’s schooling show. If you have not yet entered online please do so today, we are trying to minimize day of adds to keep things running smoothly in the office. If you require assistance for your entries please reach out to [email protected]
2. ESM time estimates do not take open card equitation classes or division warm ups into account, so they are NOT accurate for our shows, especially the lower sand ring. Please check in with your rings in-gate attendants regularly for timing updates instead.
3. Please check all attending horses temperatures the night before and the morning of the show. Resting temperature should not be above 38.6 degrees Celsius. If any horses at your barn, showing or non showing, has a higher than normal temperature, please do not bring any horses to the show.
4. You can still add the special classes to your entry. The May show features the Erika Lamb Memorial Equitation Medal, which will run in the Lower Sand Ring at the end of the 2’6 Hunter Division. New as of 2024, we are offering a 2’3 option. Please declare your height at the in-gate. We will start at 2’6 and then move to 2’3.
5. Open flat riding is permitted in all rings between 7:00-8:00 AM. Ticketed Warm Up for the first divisions in each ring will take place between 8:00-9:00 AM.
6. Parking attendants will be on site in the morning to direct cars and trailers. Please cooperate with the attendants.
7. Well behaved leashed dogs are welcome at owners own risk. Please poop and scoop.
8. Office and Food booth on site are cash/cheque only.
9. Our show series is generously run by our wonderful volunteers, including our office staff and in-gate attendants. Please show your appreciation and be kind!
