Why is the event "Unofficial"?
We did not receive an official kit for the event. We are creating our own unique in-store experience with activities and give-aways. Tickets are free and the book can be purchased at the 30% off bestseller price. Official Launch Stores have tickets available for purchase equal to the full-price of the title ($46.99).
Can I bring my friend with me?
Sure, the more the merrier.
I’m underage, can I bring my parents?
Yes – of course.
If I’ve already pre-ordered the book to ship to my house or a different store, what do I do?
Let us know ahead of time and we can make sure we get the book in your hands at the event. We will need your order number.
How many books can I buy at the event?
There is no limit to how many books you can purchase.
If I get a FREE ticket but can no longer attend, can I send someone else in my place?
The tickets are free and are just used to gauge attendance, they are not necessary to attend.
How long with the store stay open?
The event will start at 11pm and will last until approximately 12:15am.
Are there any costs associated with the event?
No, but you are welcome to pick up your pre-order, buy the book and generally shop the store.
