Can I bring my friend with me?
Each person who attends must have their own Ticketscene ticket.
I’m underage, can I bring my parents?
Yes – one parent/guardian can attend with you.
If I’ve already pre-ordered the book to ship to my house or a different store, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust pre-orders. You should cancel your existing pre-order and purchase a ticket on Ticketscene to guarantee a copy of Onyx Storm for pickup at the Midnight Release host store of your choice.
I’ve already pre-ordered to pick up at one of the host stores, do I have to reserve a ticket?
Yes, as spaces are limited you still need to secure your spot through Ticketscene. You should cancel your existing pre-order and purchase a ticket to guarantee a copy of Onyx Storm for pickup at the Midnight Release host store of your choice.
How many books can I buy at the event?
There is no limit to how many books you can purchase.
I want to attend but the sign-up says there are no tickets left.
Unfortunately, space is limited due to capacity limits. Please join us online or in-store during regular opening hours to purchase your book from January 21 onwards!
If I get a ticket but can no longer attend, can I send someone else in my place?
Tickets are not transferable. If you can’t attend, please contact Ticketscene at [email protected] to cancel your ticket and free up the spot.
How long with the store stay open?
The event will start at 11pm and will last until approximately 12:15am.
Are there any costs associated with the event?
Each ticket costs $46.99 and includes access to the event and a copy of Onyx Storm.
