Join us for Class 59's graduation event at UNF's Adam W. Herbert University Center on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. Enjoy hot breakfast, networking, and a graduation program featuring Guest Speaker U.S. Army Colonel (Ret.) Chris Miller. Miller is a Jacksonville City Councilman-At-Large, the District Director for U.S. Representative John Rutherford, and an Alumni of Operation New Uniform Alumni (ONU).
Miller grew up in a small, rural town in Pennsylvania (PA) and went on to "join the Army and see the world" after graduating from Clarion College in PA. He served in remote locations such as Bosnia and Honduras as well as in our nation's Pentagon in D.C., U.S. European Command in Germany, and NATO in Belgium. Miller has an MBA from Golden Gate University and a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies from U.S. Army War College. In 2014 after retiring from 30 years and 18 days of service, he went through ONU as a member of Class 3 which he credits as being "life-changing."
