Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Growers Annual General Meeting

OFVGA Annual General Meeting will commence at 8:30 a.m. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Following the AGM, please join us for the Banquet Dinner & Awards and the Industry Social (held after the banquet in conjunction with the OFVC’s Kick-off party!!).

Business meeting for all sections including Labour; Safety Nets; Crop Protection; Property, Infrastructure, Energy & Food Safety; Environment & Conservation and Committee of the Whole. Appointment of Directors of the Association will take place as well as by-law changes, resolutions and any other business that may arise.

Registration includes: Annual General Meeting book; Attendance to the general meeting; Breakfast; Lunch; Snacks; Chair's Cocktail Reception & Banquet Dinner and entrance and drink ticket to the Industry Social after party. This year we are once again teaming up with the OFVC kick-off party! A party you don't want to miss. (PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT registration for the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Convention February 19th and 20th)

Early bird registration is open until January 17th at a rate of $150.00 per person. After January17th full registration fees will be $175.00. Extra "banquet only" tickets can be purchased for $75.00.

ACCOMODATIONS: We have secured a block of rooms at the Hilton Niagara Falls Hotel & Suites, located at 6361 Fallsview Blvd from February 17 to February 20. BOOK BEFORE JANUARY 17, 2025 (Please note that there is special parking rate in place of $30 per day). Attending OFVC – you can stay at the Hilton for your entire stay!
