How you breathe is how you live. Through observing your breathing Toni Marie shows you the patterns you are currently holding and helps you break those patterns through breath. The Breath Connection is all about bringing back your zest for life. We work with you to combat those stress levels and to help you feel more grounded and at peace from the inside out. About Maria Leonard:
Toni Marie is an intuitive coach and healer. She published a relationship book, ‘From Me To We’, and learned very quickly that awareness of psychology, alone does not change the self-sabotaging patterns of behavior.
She went on to learn and discover how to clear and remove blocks and patterns deeply embedded in the subconscious. Using Jungian psychology techniques and shadow work, she takes you through the hidden doors of your psyche to uncover the source of destructive patterns in behaviors.
