About the Meditation:
Quantum Jumping is a unique and simple meditation and visualization technique. This relaxing but exciting guided meditation will take you to the 7th plane of existence and into parallel universes wherein you will tap into the power of your subconscious to communicate with alternate versions or duplicate copies of you in parallel universes. These duplicate selves have already manifested what you wish to manifest in four different areas of your life: your creativity or spirituality, your health, your relationships as well as your abundance and prosperity.
Entering these universes, you then merge with your duplicate self, and bring back the energy of manifestation.
Next, we move into the unique experience of a gong meditation.
The vibrations of the gongs create deep relaxation, freeing us from the avalanche of thoughts our mind releases. The sound and vibrations stimulate the glandular system to a higher level of functioning.
The entire body becomes a giant ear, as each pore opens to invite the sound in.
You will experience a deep sense of calm and peace. You will understand that when you are brought back into reality, after having “Quantum Jumped”, you will return with new neuron connections in your brain, and with a body that has begun secreting hormones to make you ready to change your dreams into reality.
Please note client should bring the following;
– yoga mat
– blanket
– pillow
– bottled water
– eye mask
We have an available yoga mat at the center but we encourage clients to bring their own if possible.
