About the Meditation:
This is the meditation to activate the chakras and align the energies around these centres of the body thereby creating overall wellbeing and positivity. Chakras or the life energy centre’s play an important role for overall wellbeing of humans. The seven major chakras will be worked upon during this hour long meditation. The sound of the Tibetan bowls will further help to deepen the healing of the chakras and help destress and create positive vibrations across the body.
About Prem:
Prem Amit is a certified meditation facilitator from OIMR in Pune, He has been facilitating various meditations and mindfulness workshops since 5 years. He was also part of the UAE Meditates organizing team under which free community meditations were organized for the community in Dubai.
