About this Event
Join us for an open and honest discussion about mental health in the Black community. This event is dedicated to sharing initiatives, strategies, and perspectives that can help improve our mental health and well-being. Our goal is to move beyond the stigma often associated with mental health and instead view it as a path to clarity and growth. This is a safe space where we can be vulnerable and support one another. We encourage you to bring your voice, your experiences, and your questions. We look forward to seeing you there as we continue the important journey toward healing together.
