Join us for the Online Spring Kaiseki Workshop with Larry Tiscornia and Kimika Takechi senseis (Urasenke instructors, San Francisco). In this workshop, the senseis will be teaching a seasonal menu of "tenshin", which is a light meal served in "chakai" tea gatherings. On the menu, we will have "chirashi sushi" wrapped in Japanese-style omelette (aka chakin-zushi), "kaibashira bonboriae" (scallops with tobiko), "kaburamushi" (steamed turnip bowl) and a number of side dishes, including two types of "aemono" with seasonal vegetables, e.g. asparagus, takenoko bamboo shoot, moyashi bean sprouts, shungiku etc. To register, visit the link and follow the instructions https://forms.gle/wuPiQbAbPVJr1XWd6
