The whole school really enjoyed taking part in the BBC Live Lesson for Internet Saftey Day earlier today. We are excited to share that we will be taking part in further activities on Tuesday 24th February. Traci Gregory, an online safety expert, will be sharing an assembly on this topic and each of the year 5 and 6 classes will also take part in a focused workshop on online saftey throughout the day.Traci is also going to run a parent workshop later that evening at 5pm. The parent workshop will look at popular apps/trends, setting device boundaries, tips on how to talk to children about being safe online and outlines on where to get help if something goes wrong. There is no need to book and all parents/carers are welcome.
