About this Event
The Online Sacred Lotus Self-Exploration Program is a transformative 8 Week journey designed to guide participants through the depths of self-discovery and personal growth. This is the online version to the classes that meet on Saturday. This class will not contain all of the activities and will be 90mins in length as opposed to 3 hours.
Rooted in metaphysical teachings, this program combines ancient wisdom with modern practices to help students connect with their inner selves, explore their spiritual path and embrace their unique potential.
*Program Offerings*
- Classes to introduce Metaphysics and Self-Exploration to create an understanding of foundational metaphysical practices and set intentions for personal growth and self-discovery.
- Energy, Crystals and Healing focus for self healing and understanding the mind-body-spirit connection.
- Essential Oils, Sacred Geometry & Sacred Spaces lessons to discover the benefits of natural phenomenon for physical well being and emotional connection.
- Meditation and Mindfulness practices to develop self awareness to cultivate inner peace and clarity in everyday issues.
- Angelic Guidance and Spiritual Connection to explore the role of non physical beings as sentient caregivers and foster spirit communication.
- Developing intuition and inner wisdom through strengthening exercises to develop intuition for decision making.
- Sacred Rituals and Ceremonies-learn to design personal rituals and understand the power of ceremony in spiritual practices.
- Integrating Spiritual Practices into daily life-students will be given strategies for incorporating metaphysical practices into daily routines and learn to build a sustainable spiritual practice for long term growth.
*Program Outcomes*
By the end of the Sacred Lotus Self Exploration program, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of themselves and their spiritual path. They will be equipped with practical tools and techniques to continue their journey of self-discovery, empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives and inspired to embrace their true potential.
*Program Itinerary*
Classes are 11am-12.30pm every Sunday from January 26th to March 16th. March 16th will be an optional end of program brunch for students to reflect on their journey with their classmates.

*Program Cost*
Payment is due in full prior to the program start date and payment is non refundable and non transferable.
This program is only open to 20 students so the first 20 students to submit payments will be considered enrolled for the program.
