About this Event
I will be teaching participants how to make Focaccia Barese from scratch. This Italian bread has been made differently in every region of Italy, but in Bari - they add a special secret ingredient which gives their version a crispy exterior and as softy and pillowy interior. Participants will be able to bake along or simply just watch as I demo step by step how to make the dough, assemble the toppings and bake this delicious bread.
Join me for a 1 hour online workshop and learn how to bake bread at home. Recipe cards (with measurements and instructions) and conference details will be sent to participants 5 days before the workshop. This online workshop can be accessed using a computer or a smart phone.
