Learn how to bake pillowy focaccia Barese from scratch!I will be teaching participants how to make Focaccia Barese from scratch. This Italian bread has been made differently in every region of Italy, but in Bari - they add a special secret ingredient which gives their version a crispy exterior and as softy and pillowy interior. Participants will be able to bake along or simply just watch as I demo step by step how to make the dough, assemble the toppings and bake this delicious bread.
Join me for a 1 hour online workshop and learn how to bake bread at home. Recipe cards (with measurements and instructions) and conference details will be sent to participants 5 days before the workshop. This online workshop can be accessed using a computer or a smart phone.
