Oni is the brainchild of chefs Shawn Cao and Riley Dunaway who have set out to introduce traditional street-style Japanese cuisine. Expect a lineup of classic onigiri flavors. These Japanese rice balls are wrapped in nori seaweed and filled with everything from savory caramelized beef to creamy tuna mayo, snow crab, and savory miso tofu mushroom!
