Using the Shamanic teachings of South America and the peaceful meditative techniques of East Asia, a certied Sound Healer guides a balacing experience of the earthly and spiritual realm.
Starting off with yin movements to connect you to your senses and limber the body, we then go into shamanic breathing to clear the mind of what no loner serves you.
Transitioning into a guided mediation for inner to outer peace then gradually transitioning to the use of Anciet Tibetian Sound Bowls, Indian Tingshas, Thai Windchimes, and a Ukulele song to transcend from within.
