One-2-one sessions in a 25m pool are a great way of gaining quality swimming skills which will provide you with efficient swimming technique, the key to quick progress and swimming success.During these interactive one-2-one swimming sessions, our expert MP coaches can work on swimmer’s stroke or starts or turns.
Our coaches are using iPads to film short videos of swimmers' strokes or starts or turns above the water. After each session swimmers receive videos of their swimming plus a video-summary from their coach explaining what was worked on and what is recommended going forward.
