About this Event
Be part of a different kind of conversation as we explore together how the Bahá’í spiritual teachings exhort us to adopt a universal language that will be taught in school in addition to our native tongue.
One of the things that separates the peoples of the world and makes them antagonistic to each other is that they cannot understand each other. A universal language would enable us to understand each other wherever in the world we travel.
In a conversation that is free and open to all, we will explore the Bahá’í perspective that this universal language is one step on the path to unity and thus to universal peace.
What to Expect?
After a brief introduction, we will examine a short selection of readings from the Bahá’í Writings as a jumping off point for what is sure to be a lively discussion. We will also have some time together to explore more deeply the Bahá’í Teachings, so join us with your questions, thoughts, and a desire to connect with others in your area who want to explore this topic as well!
