About this Event
"One Voice: The Story of the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir" - Free Film Screening & Discussion
Inter Faith Grand River and the Laurier Wellbeing in Film Forum are excited to invite you to a free screening of One Voice: The Story of the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir by Spencer Wilkinson, followed by a community discussion. This collaboration seeks to invite community into a discussion how multicultural communities can coexist through shared interests and experiences.
Members of Waterloo Region's own multifaith/multicultural community choir, INSHALLAH, will be on hand to share a performance and contribute to our understanding of this topic. There will be lots of opportunity for discussion and questions from the audience, so this event is a great opportunity for you to get engaged about this important topic. Don't miss out!
