RO-Hipping otherwise known as -Closing the bones – The treatment involves the use of a
traditional shawl called a Manta (also known as a rebozo in Mexico) to rock and articulate the
hips, followed by a complex abdominal and pelvic adjustment.
Massage using a warming oil, and then finished by tightly wrapping the cloth around the
woman's hips.
This closes energetic and physical openings in the lower abdomen and back, also releases
trauma.
Plant limpia healings- The plant Limpia can last up to 50 mins
It is a Spiritual Cleansing ritual. It cleanses the body, emotions, mind and soul from negative
energies or thoughts. Traditionally it is given to move and release blockages and trauma.

Ethnopharmacologist, ethnobotanist, curandera. She has spent over 40 years working with
ethnic groups in the tropical rain forest and the Andes Mountains of Ecuador as well as the
Basque Country, Spain. She offers workshops in UK, Ireland, Portugal, USA, etc. She practices
and teaches about shamanic healing ceremonies, a knowledge that she received via the lineage
of her mother and grandmother who were born in the Andes of Ecuador, the place where she
was born too, at the foot of the Pichincha volcano. Her interests are the practices with master plants and the techniques of healing ceremonies in Ecuador, and research about ethnobotany
and biodiversity. She offers workshops for different organisations around the world.
