
About this Event
π Welcome to our third annual One Thing I Wish You Knew community mental health event which is co-hosted by the Friendship Circle of Wisconsin and REDgen. Join us for an evening of heartfelt conversations and authentic connections. Four local teens will share their vulnerabilities and experiences with mental health and the challenges they face.
π Our 2024 event saw over 500 attendees, including 200 teens and nearly 300 adults, comprised of educators, mental and behavioral health professionals, nonprofit leaders, parents, and caregivers.
πThis in-person Ted talk style event will be held on Sunday, November 23rd from 3pm-4:45pm at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee, WI. Cross parking off your stress list! The Italian Community Center has plenty of space in their surface lot just steps from the door.
π₯ You can look forward to a resource/vendor fair, dessert buffet, and of course the program itself. This event is intended for people ages 13+.
