Welcome to our Third! One Stop Health and Wellbeing Event Join us at the Masonic Hall on Tuesday 14th Januaury 2025 10 -4pm, for a day filled of interactions with a range of services from NHS, Community and Voluntary organisations to support you to live your best life.

Whether you're looking to improve your physical fitness, mental health, or overall wellness, this event has something for everyone.

We will also be offering Free Blood pressure checks, NHS Health Checks and vaccinations as we will have the wellness on wheels bus joining us! - (please note Lowestoft patients will be contacted by their surgery if eligible for pneoumia vaccine and NHS Health check as these will be pre booked. You can always phone your surgery and speak to your care co-ordinators or health coaches for more information)
