In this adventure, you and your companions are tasked with safeguarding the notorious outlaw Walter Cauld as he's transported by train to face justice in the distant city of Eau Plaine.
Walter Cauld, leader of the infamous Cauld Gang, is finally being transported to Eau Plaine to meet the hangman's justice. The law has his gang on the run, and his capture is a symbol of justice prevailing in the Wild West. As trusted deputies, your mission is clear: ensure Cauld reaches Eau Plaine alive and ready to face his fate.
The sun beats down on the dusty station platform of Dusty Gulch as you wait for the arrival of the eastbound train, the "Iron Rattler," tasked with carrying the notorious prisoner. Sheriff Harker, a weathered lawman, hands you your mission brief. "Protect Cauld at all costs," he grumbles, tipping his hat against the glare. "This train ride won't be smooth. The Cauld Gang ain't gonna let their boss swing without a fight."
