• Sarah Parris, writer and English instructor for Columbia College, will share how being a writer of genre fiction and her knowledge of literature impacts her reading of "North Woods."
• Lucas Schwartze, Missouri State Museum Park/Historic Site Specialist, will discuss his research into the history of spiritualism.
• Dr. Mike Jirik, assistant professor of Black studies at the University of Missouri, will talk about his study of American history and particularly his research on Black history, the U.S. Civil War and Reconstruction.
