One Piece TCG - Carrying On His Will (OP-13) Pre-Release

Three Brothers, Assembled! Feel the bonds which burn hotter than flames! Celebrate ONE PIECE Card Game’s 3rd Anniversary and the release of Booster Pack -CARRYING ON HIS WILL-[OP-13] at Four Horsemen!

In Sealed format, players each open six (6) booster packs, and build their decks using only the cards they open. Players will all use the same Leader in the event (Rainbow Luffy 3rd Anniversary Leader Card), and we recommend bringing 10x DON!! Cards to participate in the event.
After opening 6 packs, players build a 40-card deck, and a 10 DON!! card deck. There are no banned or restricted cards, and players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like. (There is no 4-card limit and 5 or more copies of a card with the same card number can be included in decks.)
In Sealed format games, players can ignore deck colour requirements based on their leader. Example: Ordinarily with the red starter deck ST01-001 Monkey D.Luffy as your leader, you would be restricted to only having red cards in your deck, however in sealed format you can use cards of any colour in your deck, even though your leader is only red. All other card text restrictions still apply as normal, including effects listed on leaders when specifying names or colours of cards.
Example 1: With your leader as OP01-060 “Donquixote Doflamingo”, you may only search for [The Seven Warlords of the Sea] type Character cards when triggering his ability
Example 2: When using the ability of OP01-067 “Crocodile” “Blue Event cards in your hand cost 1 less to play” would only apply to Blue Event cards – This would not apply to Event cards of other colours.
Any cards left over from deck construction are treated as sideboard cards. In-between games, players can exchange cards in their deck with cards in their sideboard. Players can exchange as many cards between deck and sideboard as they like, so long as they have a legal number of cards in their deck.
Players can keep any cards they open in packs.
SPECIAL EVENT - THREE BROTHERS
For this event, all participating players will be randomly divided into three pirate crews as evenly as possible. Those three crews will be…
Ace
Sabo
Luffy
Players will receive wearable accessories to denote which team they are part of: players on Ace’s crew will receive a red beaded necklace, players on Sabo’s crew will receive a pair of goggles, and players on Luffy’s crew will receive a straw hat.
Over the course of the event, players will keep track of their wins on a communal scoreboard, adding tally marks in their team’s section each time they’ve achieved a win. At the end of the event, the crew with the most wins will be declared the overall winner, and all members of that crew will be entered into a random drawing for an OP-13 booster box!
PRIZING
In addition to our Special Event description, each player will receive a 3rd Anniversary Tournament 3 Brothers Pack which includes a 3rd Anniversary Leader Card + 1 of 3 cards at random. The event winner will receive a ST01-012 Monkey.D.Luffy (Silver foil + Gold stamp), OP07-053 Portgas.D.Ace (Silver foil + Gold stamp), and a OP09-027 Sabo (Silver foil + Gold stamp).
