Join us for a rare one-night-only performance of the cult favorite musical "Ride the Cyclone," presented by our friends from USU Eastern.About the Show:
Six seemingly ordinary teenagers from a small Canadian chamber choir awaken in limbo after a devastating roller coaster accident. Guided by a mechanical fortune teller who presides over their fate, each student is invited to tell their story for a chance at an impossible prize -- the opportunity to return to life.
What unfolds is a darkly funny, heartfelt, genre-bending journey. Each teen narrates their life in their own voice, their own style, and their own truth. As they compete for a second chance, they also confront who they were, who they wanted to become, and how they hope to be remembered.
At its core, "Ride the Cyclone" is a reminder that:
“The journey of life is not to be measured in accomplishments and possessions. In the end we are remembered for the lives we have touched, the experiences we shared, and the friendships we made.”
Content Note:
Contains mature language and themes, including discussions of death and sensitive subject matter.
