【EVENT DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION】
Ticket purchase is required for entry. By purchasing a ticket to the 'One Night in Penacony' event, you agree to the following terms and conditions; also be aware that to prevent scalping of ticket purchases, the electronic certification for ticket purchase (such as QR code, etc., subject to the information/material provided by the official ticket purchase platform granted by the organizer) and name on the ID need to be checked and verified by the event staff at the door; for the avoidance of doubt, the name on the ID shall only be used for ticket verification and deleted upon the end of the event according to the applicable laws of personal information protection.
1. Restrictions:
1）Attendees need to meet the age of majority under the applicable laws of your country or region of residence; or otherwise accompanied by a legal guardian.
2）Each ticket is non-transferable, and used for the Attendee only, without including companions (regardless of age) and the name on the ID shall match that of which was temporarily recorded for the ticket purchase.
2. Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant found to be causing a disturbance or violating the event rules, without refund.
3. Liability: Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. The organizers, venue, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the Event.
4. Photography and Video: By attending, you consent to be photographed and/or filmed for promotional or archival purposes. Otherwise, if you are not willing to be photographed and/or filmed, please inform the photographer promptly and on site. The Event will feature photographers and videographers capturing moments for use by the organizers.
5. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, and featured activities without prior notice. This includes adjustments to stage events, gaming activities, and merchandise availability.
6. Health and Safety: Attendees agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines set by the organizers and venue, which may include mask-wearing and social distancing measures. Guidelines will be in accordance with local health authority recommendations.
7. Ticket Refund Policy: Considering the limited quantity of the tickets and timeliness of the event, tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. Should the event be canceled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund within a specified period following the cancellation announcement.
8. Use of "Clock Credits": "Clock Credits" have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits are earned (or lost) through participation in event activities and can be used only for prize redemption within the Event premises.

Valet: Ticket price includes valet parking, which is located directly in front of the Cicada Club. Simply present your ticket to the valet upon arrival at the venue. Tips not included.
