Mark your calendars and get set to lose your winter blues as Strange Daze (Music of The Doors) makes a return visit to the venerable Sebastiani Theatre on Saturday, Feb. 1. Show will start at 7:30.We are pleased to announce that the guest band is none other than the Jimi Hendrix tribute band Liquid Sky, fronted by guitarist/vocalist Fred Mabunga. Formed by Fred in 2011, Liquid Sky has performed the length and breadth of California and beyond. Their catalog of Hendrix songs is immense, and their shows are accurate and loud enough to believe that Jimi is smiling down from afar.
Please join us for this very special evening to celebrate two bands that defined popular music in the late 1960s. Come watch our two powerhouse bands Strange Daze and Liquid Sky team up to bring you an authentic and memorable trip back to the heart of American rock and roll.
Together, these two bands (along with Sebastiani's lights and video backwall) will land you squarely in 1969. Whether you will go by flashback or experience it for your first time is up to you.....
