Weekend 1 (September 6/7) is the Pitch & Preproduction
Weekend 2 (September 13/14) is Production
Weekend 3 (September 20/21) is Post Production
Weekend 4 (September 28) is the Screening
We return to OPEN Southall for Weekend 1.
We return to Peckham Levels for the Film Premiere in Weekend 4.
Making a film is hard. We make it easier. Join a group of filmmakers to make a short film in just one month. Your registration fee covers the budget for the film. Work with a range of filmmakers, beginners and experienced, professionals, hobbyists, and students. You can pitch your own film idea to get it made. Develop your filmmaking skills with workshops and on-set experiences. Meet new collaborators and join our community.
You don't have to commit to the full month - at a minimum, the preproduction weekend (where we pitch, select the film, and allocate crew roles) and the production weekend (when we shoot) are the most important.
