Family Friendly Fun, Fitness, and Movement!
One Mile, Your Way is a PT-led program for individuals ages 14+ of all abilities, designed to improve strength, balance, and endurance in a supportive, motivating environment. This group is ideal for all mobility levels and anyone working toward more independent or confident movement. You will work toward a shared goal of completing one full mile at your own pace, with a team that cheers you on along the way.
Over the course of this program, you'll train weekly with guidance from a licensed Physical Therapist, build confidence, connect with peers, and celebrate every bit of progress.
In our last session, the whole group will come together to complete one mile together as a team. It’s a celebration of progress, community, and movement without limits.

Caregivers are welcome to participate alongside their participant. Registration and payment is required for each individual attending and participating. If caregivers prefer not to take part, they may drop off and pick up after the session.
Multiple date options are available to fit your schedule—come for one visit, a few, or all—and save more by registering for a full 6-week session instead of individual visits!
- Session 1: Fridays, September 19 to October 24 from 9 to 9:45 a.m.
- Session 2 (closed on 11/28): Fridays, October 31 to December 12 from 9 to 9:45 a.m.
RELEASE FORM REQUIRED: Before attending, a completed release form is required for anyone participating. After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the required waivers and policies. Please be sure to complete a form for each participant prior to your visit.
