WE'RE BACK FOR THE FIRST TIME! WHO'S READY FOR A ONE MIC STAND?
Look out North Miami! There's a new open mic in town! ? Join us for our FIRST installation of One Mic Stand, presented by The Jamlot (@thejamlot) on Tuesday, 09/19 at Makana Kava Gastrobar (@makanakavabar). This show is hosted by Miami's and Jamlot's own Jose Maestri (@josemaestri), a long time open mic host in the area. Having recently been hosting in the Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area, he's happy to be coming home!
One Mic Stand will be a continuing series that will now take place in two locations: here in North Miami, as well as in Hollywood, FL. That's right: we have options!
Sign-ups start at 8pm, show starts at 9pm. Bring your art, bring your best, or just bring a friend for a night of community, creativity, and talent in North Miami. Tag your favorite local musicians, poets, and comics - the stage awaits. Let's make this a one mic stand to remember. ?
